QUALITY POLICY

Igorle whose activity consists of the engineering, construction & sales of marking, coding and tracking machinery, installation & commissioning of the machinery and after sales support, as well as sales of spares and consumables, for the industry in general and for the steel sector in particular, through its SMARKTEC engineering division. It is aware of the importance of the meaning of quality as an essential factor to achieve the success of the company and get customer satisfaction in the exercise of their activity and get customer satisfaction in the exercise of their activity.

Igorle provides innovative solutions tailored to each specific case that allows substantially improve traceability and the overall productivity of the customers' manufacturing processes.

The Organization gradually develops its technical capabilities in the promotion of the technologies involved in the automation and integration of marking and traceability, in cooperation with other agents of the industrial fabric, in order to achieve the level of quality desired by the Company.

The understanding of the Quality Policy and operation of the company are summarized in the following principles:

Persons.

Horizontal Organization that allows the delegation of responsibilities and tasks, to increase the motivation of employees. Customer.

Total customer satisfaction and meet the legal and regulatory requirements in each case. Promote a relationship with customers that allows forging long- term alliances with the objective of customer loyalty. Increase the integrity of the manufacturing process of customers with the marking and traceability systems of Igorle.

Improve the quality of clients' product - Total Quality. Reduce the client's operating costs by means of automatic data capture. Eliminate traceability errors and their consequences, which occur when the customer has manual identification processes. Provide real-time marking and traceability data during the customer's manufacturing process. Improve productivity and performance of the customer's manufacturing process. Increase and enhance the value of the customer's brand.

Research, development and own innovation in product as a basic rule for the development of competitive advantages with respect to competitors. Cooperation with other complementary companies and technology centers to enhance product innovation

There is a clear orientation to teamwork so that, improving the results obtained in each project, serves as an indicator of quality and Igorle's efficiency with respect to innovation in a process of Continuous Improvement.

Improve the competitiveness of the company in a way that allows it to position itself as a market leader. Obtain the ISO 9001 Quality certification as a first step to other certifications. Generate tools and processes that eliminate Non-Conformities. Improve the efficiency of the company, which will result in a competitive improvement.

Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Integrated Quality Management system, through its periodic review to verify compliance with the objectives. Promote and enhance the development of the company's activity in a way that promotes the sustainability of the environment.
